This event is officially sold out. There is a small chance of anyone from the waitlist being added, but you can add your child just in case if you'd like. We will not know until 2-3 days before the event if your child can be added. If you don’t hear from us, it means we unfortunately were not able to add your child.

The 3rd Dream Kids tournament of 2023! This is for the "E" medal in our 2023 D-R-E-A-M medal series.

For the past 6 years of Dream Kids tournaments, every event has sold out within 1.5 days to 4 weeks of opening registration. Always register as early as possible for any Dream tournaments to secure your child's spot!

Tuesday, April 4 @ 8am: Registration opens

$78 until May 18

Registration closes on May 18 or when we reach maximum capacity, whichever is first.

May 19: Last Day for Changes
May 21: Schedule Published

Below is the OFFICIAL schedule.

  • Friday, May 19 will be the LAST day to submit any registration changes. After this date, there will be no more changes or credits. No exceptions.

    Registration corrections can be made within your Smoothcomp account once you are registered, or by emailing dreambjj@gmail.com with your child’s full name and correction.

  • Dream’s 10 Year Anniversary. Every competitor will receive a complimentary themed shirt and poster that can be picked up at the Prize Table at the event.

  • Gi Tournament
    Double Elimination
    Ages: 4-15
    Belts: White - Green belts

    **In order to form a division, keep teammates separate, or avoid 2 person divisions - groups may include competitors within one year (younger or older) of each other.

  • Please be sure to weigh your child before the registration correction deadline to ensure you sign him or her up for the correct division. All weigh ins are WITHOUT the gi.

    THERE IS NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCE AND COMPETITORS MAY NOT WEIGH IN WEARING ONLY THEIR UNDERWEAR. Please keep this in mind when choosing a weight class for your child.

  • Registration includes one FREE spectator per competitor.

    Other spectators are $10 per person at the entrance via cash, venmo, or credit card.

  • We do not issue refunds. If a competitor needs to withdraw from the tournament for any reason until the correction deadline (May 19) - we can remove the competitor and issue a credit for the full amount paid that can be used for any future Dream tournament.

    **Please keep in mind that once competitors are removed from an event, they cannot be added in if the event is sold out.**

PENALTIES FOR MISSING WEIGHT

Instead of DQing competitors who miss weight, we will attempt to find a new bracket for them, but a match is not guaranteed.

Competitors who miss weight may forfeit any possible team points should they place in any other division.

Because it is the responsibility of the parent to check the competitor list and ensure they signed their child up for the correct division, we will not grant credits nor refunds if your child misses weight and is unable to find a match.

There is no weight allowance. For example, if the division is Up to 80.9lbs, then a competitor weighing in at 81.0lbs would miss weight.
