The first ever Dream BJJ: White Belt Edition! This event is for White Belts only with divisions separated by time spent training. We want White Belts to feel comfortable knowing that they will only compete against those closest to their experience level.

For the past 8 years of Dream Kids tournaments, every event has sold out as quickly as 2 hours after opening registration. Always register as early as possible for any Dream tournaments to secure your child's spot!

Parking is $3 per venue rules, paid at the kiosks.

Search for “Cerritos College Gym” in Apple Maps or Google Maps so that it directs you straight to our event instead of somewhere else in the school.

Skill divisions:
This tournament will still create divisions based on gender, weight, and age. Competitors will also be separated by time spent training BJJ, Wrestling, or Judo as of February 9, 2025. Competitors may register UP in time training, but may not move down. The categories are:

  • Up to 6 months

  • 6-12 months

  • 12-18 months

  • 18+ months


Venue rules:
Please do not eat inside the arena or bleachers. Eating outside and in the hallways is permitted.

Please throw trash away in the designated trash bins.

Please do not touch anything on the walls of the venue.

Important dates:
Monday, December 9 @ 8am: Registration opens
$69 until December 15
$79 until February 1

Registration closes on Saturday, February 1 at 11:59pm or when we reach maximum capacity, whichever is first.

January 31: Last Day for Changes / Cancellations
February 1: Last Day for Registrations
February 3 by 5:00pm: Schedule Published
February 3 by 11:59pm: Brackets Published
